Description
Gluten-free and dairy-free potato and chicken sausage hash.
Ingredients
- 250 grams New Potatoes, Halved
- Olive Oil, As Needed
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 1 Pepper, Sliced
- 2 Gluten-Free Chicken Sausages, Sliced Into Coins
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 Avocado, Peeled And Sliced
- Chili Flakes, For Garnish
Preparation
Place potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a shallow pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add garlic, paprika, onion, pepper and sausages. Saute for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and sauté for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Divide between bowls and top with sliced avocado and chilli flakes.
