A great combo of sweet and salty!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pound Butter, Softened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3-½ cups Flour
- 1 cup Potato Chips, Crushed
- ½ cups Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease or line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Slowly add in flour and continue beating until combined. Fold in potato chips and, if using, mini chocolate chips.
Spoon onto baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes of until edges are lightly brown. Let cookies sit for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
