Description
This breakfast recipe is particularly handy if you’ve been pumping some iron and are trying to pump up your protein.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Oats
- ½ cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 whole Eggs (Or Substitute 4 Egg Whites For The 2 Whole Eggs)
Preparation
Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth-ish. Heat a griddle over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Once the griddle is hot pour the batter on the griddle (using your preferred pancake size as a guide). Cook the first side and then flip when they start to puff. This should take about 2 minutes on each side.
