Protein packed breakfast goodies that’ll keep you full for hours!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- ¾ ounces, weight (one Scoop) Protein Powder Of Choice
- ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 whole Small Banana, Mashed
- ¼ cups Milk
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Almond Extract (optional)
- 1 whole Egg White
Preparation
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the mashed banana, milk and vanilla (and almond) extract and stir together until just combined. In a small bowl whip up the egg white until it’s frothy. Add it to the rest of the batter.
Bake in a heated waffle iron or cook on a griddle/pan for tasty protein filled breakfast waffles or pancakes.
