This simple recipe shows you how to make incredible fluffy and light banana protein pancakes. Tasty and super easy to make!
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 cups Water
- 40 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
- 20 grams Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 70 grams Oats
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil, Divided
- 50 grams Blueberries And Raspberries
- Honey, To Serve
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix eggs, baking soda, water, protein powder, coconut flour and cinnamon.
In a blender or food processor, blend ripe banana and oats. Mix into the batter. Add 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil into the bowl, and mix well.
Heat remaining coconut oil in a frying pan. Portion out pancakes and cook over medium heat. Once you see tiny bubbles appear, it’s time to flip the pancake!
Serve drizzled with honey.
