Description
Protein pancakes with bananas is a brilliant alternative to traditional flour pancakes. It’s one of the most favorite breakfasts of physically active people because protein is the main material for our muscles. This recipe is quite easy and you can flavor pancakes just as you like! I’m choosing peanut butter, but maybe someone will want caramel, chocolate, maple syrup, Greek yogurt or fresh berries.
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Oats
- ½ cups Eggs Whites
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Ground Linseeds
- 2 Tablespoons Protein Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend into a solid mass.
Heat frying pan, spray some olive oil and form pancakes. Fry on both sides for several minutes until pancakes get brown.
Serve pancakes with banana and peanut butter.
Note: I recommend brewing some tea to enjoy with the panckaes because it will be very dry to eat just pancakes. After this kind of breakfast, you will not want to eat for a long time. Enjoy your meal!
