Description

The Fall season is upon us and pumpkin-flavored recipes are in full swing! So I decided to make a Protein Pumpkin Smoothie help get our pumpkin fix while providing a good amount of nutrients. This can easily be a good breakfast when you’re short on time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain, Fat Free
  • 1  (1 Scoop) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 5-½ cups Pumpkin Purée
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 5-½ teaspoons Ginger

Preparation

Blend all ingredients and enjoy! You can add an optional extra sprinkle of cinnamon to the top.
