The Fall season is upon us and pumpkin-flavored recipes are in full swing! So I decided to make a Protein Pumpkin Smoothie help get our pumpkin fix while providing a good amount of nutrients. This can easily be a good breakfast when you’re short on time.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain, Fat Free
- 1 (1 Scoop) Vanilla Protein Powder
- 5-½ cups Pumpkin Purée
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 5-½ teaspoons Ginger
Preparation
Blend all ingredients and enjoy! You can add an optional extra sprinkle of cinnamon to the top.
