Limber de Coco comes from Puerto Rico and is basically a Caribbean version of shaved ice. Learn how to make this coconut flavored goodness!
Ingredients
- 1 can (12 Oz. Size) Evaporated Milk
- 1 can (13 1/2 Oz. Size) Coconut Milk
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Coconut Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cups Water
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ cups Sugar, Or To Taste (optional)
Preparation
In a big bowl, combine all the ingredients. Give it a taste and adjust sugar, if needed. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
