Description

Learn how to make Coquito (traditional Puerto Rican Eggnog) and take your Christmas or other holidays to another level. Rich, creamy, boozy, sweet!

Ingredients

  • 5  Large Egg Yolks
  • 1 can (12 Oz. Size) Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cream Of Coconut
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup White Rum
  • Ground Cinnamon, For Garnish

Preparation

Whisk egg yolks with evaporated milk in a heat-proof bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water. Simmer, stirring, until mixture coats the spoon.

Transfer the mixture to a blender and add condensed milk, cream of coconut, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and rum. Blend until smooth. Chill for a couple of hours, sprinkle with some cinnamon, and serve!
