Ingredients
- 5 Large Egg Yolks
- 1 can (12 Oz. Size) Evaporated Milk
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cream Of Coconut
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup White Rum
- Ground Cinnamon, For Garnish
Preparation
Whisk egg yolks with evaporated milk in a heat-proof bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water. Simmer, stirring, until mixture coats the spoon.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and add condensed milk, cream of coconut, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and rum. Blend until smooth. Chill for a couple of hours, sprinkle with some cinnamon, and serve!
