Description

This Pumpkin Apple Smoothie Bowl is so delicious and healthy. I topped it with apple, coconut flakes, hemp seeds and chia seed. This is such an easy and quick recipe that will make you feel good for starting your day off with a big bowl of health!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
  • 1  Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Chopped Apple (you Can Leave The Peel On)
  • ⅔ cups Pumpkin Puree
  • ⅔ cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoons Turmeric
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • ½ cups Almond Milk
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ cups Coconut Flakes
  • ¼ cups Chopped Apple
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds

Preparation

Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Don’t be afraid to let it go for a couple minutes.

Divide the smoothie between bowls and top with chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut, apple and pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
