Delicious frosting for any cake or cupcake!
Ingredients
- 1-¼ stick Sweet Cream Butter, Softened
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1-½ teaspoon Pumpkin Ground Spice Mix
- 4 cups Confectioners Sugar
Preparation
Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, add butter, vanilla, and pumpkin spice mix. Run mixer on low and slowly add confectioners sugar, 1 cup at a time. Once all ingredients are mixed together, run mixer on high several minutes to combine well. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use frosting.
We love this on a sheet cake, or cupcakes. Enjoy!
