Gluten-free and dairy-free pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes.
Ingredients
- 150 grams Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Egg
- 180 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- 125 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 80 grams Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
- 30 grams Brown Sugar
- Oil, For Cooking Pancakes
Preparation
Whisk pumpkin puree, egg and dairy free milk.
In a large bowl, stir flour, cinnamon, chocolate chips and brown sugar. Stir in liquid and whisk until smooth.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat. Add tablespoonfuls of pancake batter and cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
