Description

Gluten-free and dairy-free pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams Pumpkin Puree
  • 1  Egg
  • 180 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
  • 125 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 80 grams Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
  • 30 grams Brown Sugar
  • Oil, For Cooking Pancakes

Preparation

Whisk pumpkin puree, egg and dairy free milk.

In a large bowl, stir flour, cinnamon, chocolate chips and brown sugar. Stir in liquid and whisk until smooth.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat. Add tablespoonfuls of pancake batter and cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
