Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancakes

    Description

    Fluffy pancakes, so good they don’t even need syrup!

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups Flour
    • ½ cups Sugar
    • 1-½ cup Chocolate Chips
    • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
    • 1-½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 4  Eggs
    • 1-½ cup Preferred Type Of Milk
    • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
    • ¼ cups Butter, Melted And Cooled

    Preparation

    Mix dry ingredients (flour through salt—I always add my chocolate chips to the dry ingredients; I think they count as dry?) and wet ingredients including butter in two separate bowls then gently fold together.

    Heat a non-stick griddle over medium to medium-high heat. Dollop batter onto the skillet in your preferred size pancakes, leaving space between them. Cook until both sides are golden and cooked through.
