Delicious appetizer for the fall months ahead!
Ingredients
- 4 sticks Fresh Celery (I Use Celery Hearts)
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Filling
Preparation
Rinse celery and dry on paper towels, trim ends, cut in thirds and place on a plate. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and pumpkin pie filling and use a handheld mixer on low to combine.
Fill each third of celery cavity with mixture using a butter knife or small offset spatula. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. We love these! Hope you will enjoy them too.
