    Description

    This is a perfect breakfast for a cold winter morning!

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups Milk Or Unsweetened Almond Or Soy Milk
    • 2 cups Water
    • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pure Pumpkin
    • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
    • 2 Tablespoons Raisins
    • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
    • Chocolate Chips, Brown Sugar, And Nuts For Serving

    Preparation

    Combine milk and water in a medium saucepan on the stove over medium heat.

    Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon, and raisins and allow mixture to come to a slow boil. Once at a boil, add the oats and turn down the heat to medium low.

    Allow the oats to simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the oats are tender and thick.

    Ladle into bowls and serve oatmeal with chocolate chips, brown sugar, and/or nuts on the side.
