Healthy pumpkin pie in a shake.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Soy Milk (original)
- ½ cups Cottage Cheese (fat Free)
- 2 Tablespoons (Heaping) Pure Pumpkin
- 4 whole Ice Cubes
- 2 packages (Single-serving Packet) Stevia, Or Other Sweetener Of Choice
- 2 dashes Cinnamon
- 1 dash Nutmeg
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Blend well or until ice cubes are no longer chunky.
