Healthy pumpkin pie in a shake.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Soy Milk (original)
  • ½ cups Cottage Cheese (fat Free)
  • 2 Tablespoons (Heaping) Pure Pumpkin
  • 4 whole Ice Cubes
  • 2 packages (Single-serving Packet) Stevia, Or Other Sweetener Of Choice
  • 2 dashes Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Nutmeg

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Blend well or until ice cubes are no longer chunky.
