Description

I want to share with you one of my favorite and simple breakfasts. Not only is it simple, but it’s flavorful and full of good things for your body. I love that part!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Water Or 1% Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Puree. Fresh Or Canned.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Ground Cloves
  • 1 dash Sea Salt (optional)

Preparation

Cook oatmeal according to package instructions using water or milk. Stove-top is the best but microwave works just fine.

When the oatmeal is fully cooked, pour into a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.

Enjoy with coffee or tea!
