Creamy pumpkin pie smoothie that is jam packed with protein (26 grams per glass)!
Ingredients
- 1 Medium Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Milk (I Used 1%)
- ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ cups Pure Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients listed into a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy, about 3 minutes. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
