Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Pumpkin, Canned
  • ¼ cups Banana, Frozen
  • ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • ¾ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • ½ teaspoons Stevia (optional, You Can Also Simply Double The Amount Of Maple Syrup Used)
  • ¾ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 4 whole Ice Cubes

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
