    Description

    Fall flavors of pumpkin pie and cinnamon combine with almonds in this flavor-packed granola.

    Ingredients

    • 1-½ cup Rolled Oats
    • ½ cups Sliced Almonds
    • ½ cups Pepitas
    • 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar, Packed
    • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
    • 1-½ Tablespoon Maple Syrup
    • 1-½ Tablespoon Clover Honey
    • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
    • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
    • ½ teaspoons Salt
    • ½ cups Dried Cranberries

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 250 F.

    In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, pepitas (pumpkin seeds), brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice.

    In a small bowl, combine syrup, honey, oil, almond extract and salt. Add the wet mixture into the dry and mix well to moisten. Spread mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet, creating a thin, even layer.

    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes so that it browns evenly. Remove pan from oven and set it on a rack. Let granola cool slightly, then mix in the cranberries. Store in an airtight container.
