Ingredients

  • 3 cups Oats
  • 1 cup Pepitas
  • ¼ cups Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • Pinch Of Salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250ºF. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, pepitas, sunflowers seeds, and sesame seeds.

Over low heat, combine the butter, olive oil, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and spices and mix until combined.

Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and stir well until thoroughly combined. Spread into an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40-50 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes, until golden brown and very fragrant.
