You can try this recipe at home, and there will be enough for sharing with a close friend.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Canned Pumpkin Purée
- ½ Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Espresso
Preparation
In a small pan over medium heat, add all ingredients except espresso. Whisk until mixture begins to steam. When steam appears, remove from heat and transfer mixture into a blender.
Cover blender and blend mixture for about 15 seconds, or until froth forms.
You are all set to go! Distribute espresso among cups. Add pumpkin spice mixture and top with milk froth if desired (see note below). Enjoy!
Note: If you would like a layer of foam to top your latte, pour milk into a glass jar with a lid. Firmly close the jar and shake for 30–60 seconds. Uncover and microwave for 30 seconds.
