Description
This pumpkin turmeric hummus makes a fantastic appetizer for a tailgate or even for Thanksgiving! You can pair it with cheese, veggies or spread it on some pita. It’s the perfect seasonal snack!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 clove Garlic
- ¼ cups Lemon Juice
- ⅓ cups Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoons Turmeric
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¾ teaspoons Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Canned Pumpkin Puree
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour the hummus into a serving bowl or storage container. Top with pepitas or other desired toppings!
