Easiest fall waffles you can make!
Ingredients
- 2-½ cups Waffle/pancake Mix
- 1-¼ cup Cold Water
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Butter, Syrup, And Whipped Cream, To Serve
Preparation
Combine waffle mix, cold water, oil, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice together. It will be a little lumpy and that’s okay, don’t over mix or your waffles will be tough.
Pour batter into a preheated waffle iron until golden on the outside. This will take about 5 minutes depending on your waffle iron.
Spread with margarine/butter, drizzle with syrup and top with whipped cream.
