Description

A tasty smoothie loaded with fruit and spinach!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Small Banana, Peeled And Sliced
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
  • ½ cups Plain Non-fat Yogurt (regular Or Greek)
  • 1 cup Mixed Frozen Berries
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
  • ¼ cups Orange Juice (can Use More To Thin Smoothie Out If Needed)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes: Feel free to experiment with this smoothie. You can also use pineapple and/or apple if you don’t want to use the banana.
