Creamy, crunchy and packed with flavor, this chicken dish will leave your family thinking you worked very hard to prepare supper (while in fact it’s so simple)!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Salad Dressing
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Halved
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper
- ½ cups Sour Cream
- ¼ cups Grated Or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cups Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with Italian dressing. Arrange chicken breasts into the baking dish in a single layer. Sprinkle with garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl mix together sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Spread this evenly over top of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle Italian breadcrumbs on top.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 F and breadcrumbs start to brown.
