Ingredients
- 60 grams Quinoa
- 200 milliliters Coconut Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Agave Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes, Plus More For Topping
- ¼ cups Berries
- 1 Tablespoon Pistachios
Preparation
Put quinoa in a pan with coconut milk, coconut cream, agave syrup and coconut flakes. Bake 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
When liquid is absorbed, turn off heat and transfer to a bowl. Smash half of the berries with a fork and pour the purée into the bowl. Add the rest of the fruit, pistachios and more coconut flakes.
Enjoy while warm or at room temperature!
