Description
Radishes are peppery little root veggies. In this simple recipe, I serve them sliced on buttered baguette with a sprinkle of coarse salt.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Fresh Baguette
- ½ cups Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Radishes, Thinly Sliced
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt (I Used Pyramid Sea Salt From Cyprus; You Could Also Use Fleur De Sel)
- ¼ cups Fresh Dill (optional)
Preparation
1. Slice the baguette into 1-centimeter-thick slices.
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread with 1/2 teaspoon butter.
3. Arrange the radish slices on each buttered slice of baguette.
4. Just before serving, sprinkle with sea salt.
5. Garnish with a sprig of dill, as desired.
