Ingredients
- 3 cups Loosely Packed Rainbow Chard Leaves, Stems Removed
- 2 whole Bananas, Peeled, Frozen
- ½ cups Pineapple Or Orange Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
- 1 cup Ice
Preparation
Pulse all ingredients together in a blender until blended. Serve immediately or freeze.
