    Ingredients

    • 3 cups Loosely Packed Rainbow Chard Leaves, Stems Removed
    • 2 whole Bananas, Peeled, Frozen
    • ½ cups Pineapple Or Orange Juice
    • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
    • 1 cup Ice

    Preparation

    Pulse all ingredients together in a blender until blended. Serve immediately or freeze.
