Description
Shredded chicken, chopped green chilies, black beans, cheese and ranch seasoning are combined and baked to bubbly perfection in this easy dip. Grab your chips and get to snacking!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Shredded, Cooked Chicken
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- 1 package (0.4 Oz. Size) Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (4 1/4 Oz. Size) Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1-¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Optional Garnishes: Diced Tomatoes, Chopped Green Onions, Cilantro Leaves And Diced Avocado
- For Serving: Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray an 8×8 casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl combine the chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, green chilies, black beans, and lime juice. Fold in half of the shredded cheese.
Place dip mixture in casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake For 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, and avocado if desired.
