Description
Purple is my favourite colour so the pink/purple colour of this gluten-free and dairy-free smoothie bowl is right up my street. It is really easy to make and you can top it with whatever fruit you like.
Ingredients
- 200 grams Frozen Raspberries
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger, Minced
- 150 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- ½ Kiwi, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Pineapple, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Mandarin Slices
- 1 Tablespoon Gluten Free Granola
Preparation
Place raspberries, banana, ginger and dairy free milk in a blender. Blitz until smooth.
Pour into a bowl. Top with kiwi, pineapple, mandarins and granola.
