Description
Here’s a delicious Valentine’s Day marble chocolate recipe that doesn’t require any cooking.
If you feel lazy, you can just use melted dark and white chocolate or chocolate chips, but I made mine from scratch using cocoa butter. I made dark, white and tahini chocolate.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Cocoa Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Tahini Or Other Nut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil (optional)
Preparation
Melt cocoa butter and distribute it among three different cups in the proportions you want. I left the most butter for the dark chocolate.
For the dark chocolate: Add some of the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder to the cocoa butter and mix everything well.
For the white chocolate: Add some of the sugar and the coconut oil to the cocoa butter and whisk them well.
For the tahini chocolate: Mix the cocoa butter with the tahini and the rest of the sugar.
Since the melted cocoa butter is runnier than the melted chocolate, I advise you to let it cool down a bit before you start pouring it into the molds. Drop a little from each chocolate mixture into the mold and use a toothpick to stir lightly to create this marble effect. Let the chocolates cool down in the fridge or freezer.
They are unique and delicious. I put each chocolate into a small glassine paper cup. I also found an old heart-shaped candy box. I think my chocolates look very cute in it.
