Description

This recipe comes straight from a family in Ireland.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar, Divided
  • 1  Shot Of Irish Whiskey
  • 6 ounces, fluid Freshly Brewed Coffee

Preparation

Place heavy cream in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and continue to whip another 15-30 seconds to incorporate sugar. Set aside.

Place the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar in the bottom of a heated mug. Add desired amount of whiskey and stir until sugar has dissolved. Add hot coffee. Top with 2-3 tablespoons sweetened whipped cream.
