Description
Skyr (Icelandic-style yogurt) parfaits with blueberries, strawberries, and superfood toppings. A festive and simple breakfast for Fourth of July and all summer long!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Skyr
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
- ¼ cups Blueberries
- ¼ cups Strawberries, Sliced
- Chia Seeds, Cacao Nibs, Coconut Chips, For Topping (optional)
Preparation
In a bowl, thoroughly mix yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Top with blueberries, strawberries, and as many optional toppings as you want.
Note: If desired, create layers by layering half the yogurt in a jar or bowl, half the berries and toppings, and then repeating these layers once more.
