    Description

    These are a fabulous salty and healthy snack.

    Ingredients

    • 1 bunch Kale
    • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Preparation

    Wash and thoroughly dry kale. Tear leaves off the stem into bite size pieces. Toss with olive oil and add salt, pepper, or any other seasonings. Cook at 300ºF for about 20 minutes. The kale leaves will shrink and and become crispy. Eat the whole batch in one sitting and make some more!
