Description

These are a healthy, yet tasty snack. They are so good, you will be amazed.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pumpkin Seeds Or Pepitas
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper (more If You Like Spicy)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place seeds on a baking sheet and top with seasonings. Stir until seeds are well coated, adding more Worcestershire sauce if they aren’t all damp.

Place in the oven for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until deep golden brown and crispy.
