Description
Bitter radishes become buttery and yummy when you roast them!
Ingredients
- 2 bunches Red Radishes
- ½ Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Thyme
- ½ Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Wash and trim radishes of the leaves and tails. Cut radishes in half. You may want to quarter the really big ones.
Toss radishes in a bowl with the herbs, oil, salt and pepper.
Transfer onto a rimmed cookie sheet and roast them for 20 minutes. Halfway through cooking, toss them so that they will cook evenly. Serve!
