A healthy, creamy, guilt-free dip made with roasted red peppers and seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
- ½ cups Roasted Red Peppers From Jar, Drained (reserve The Juice), Patted Dry, Diced Small
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Paprika
- 1 dash Salt
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to come together. Serve as a dip with raw veggies.
