Description
This cocktail is a creamy root beer take on the “flip” cocktail, and almost reminds me of a root beer float!
Ingredients
- 3 ounces, fluid Not Your Father’s Root Beer (Alcoholic Root Beer)
- ¾ ounces, fluid Egg White
- ¾ ounces, fluid VOV Egg Liqueur
- 1 ounce, fluid Overproof Rye Whiskey (We Used Rittenhouse Rye)
- Freshly Grated Nutmeg, For Garnish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a shaker (including root beer). Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a bucket glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
