The Luxardo and simple syrup give this drink a hint of sweetness, balanced by the citrus … and the club soda lightens it up. The perfect spring drink!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Gin
- 1 ounce, fluid Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 2 ounces, fluid Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1 ounce, fluid Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Ice, To Fill Cocktail Shaker And For Serving Glass
- ¼ cups Club Soda
- 1 sprig Rosemary
Preparation
Begin by pouring all ingredients except the club soda and rosemary into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, put the lid on and shake until your hands feel much too cold. Pour into a highball glass over ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
