Description
Healthy and light appetizer that is easy to make and looks beautiful on the plate. Serve over rice for a filling meal or as an amuse bouche.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sushi Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seed Oil
- ½ pounds Salmon, Cubed
- ⅓ pounds Tuna, Cubed
- 1 whole Scallion, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
Preparation
Whisk together soy sauce, sushi seasoning, and oil in a mixing bowl.
Mix in salmon and tuna cubes, scallions, and sesame seeds.
Gently toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled with some Nori pieces or as a hand roll, or over rice with extra soy sauce and Sriracha.
