Description

Delicious Salmon Pinwheels, perfect canapes for any party.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ½  Lemon, Juiced
  • ½ teaspoons Fresh Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Fajita Wraps
  • 3-⅝ ounces, weight Rocket
  • ½ pounds, ⅞ ounces, weight Sliced Salmon

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and freshly ground pepper. Spread evenly across fajita wraps.

Place rocket (arugula) across the wrap; you do not need to cover the whole thing, just spread evenly—a small handful will be fine.

Place salmon around the wrap. Again, you don’t need to go crazy—there can be gaps.

Roll it up! Then cut diagonally into 1 or 2 cm slices.
