Description

Salmon with soy sauce is one of my favorite dishes, as well as my favorite fish. It is easy, it fries fast and you can get so many different flavors by using various seasonings and homemade sauces. It only takes one piece to feel full because salmon has a lot of fat.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2  Salmon Fillets, Skin On
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 100 grams Brown Rice, Cooked, To Serve
  • 50 grams Asparagus, Cooked As Desired, To Serve

Preparation

Pour soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili sauce, soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, and garlic into a bowl. Mix well. Put salmon with skin on top into the marinade and leave for 15 minutes.

Heat oven to 180ºC (355ºF). Put fish on baking paper with skin on the bottom and bake for 15 minutes.

When salmon is done, sprinkle with sesame seeds and gently transfer to plates. Serve with brown rice and asparagus.
