Description

Way better than bottled salsa! My husband said it’s addictive.

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces, weight Rotel Lime & Cilantro (Diced Tomatoes And Chilies)
  • 14 ounces, weight Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 whole Large Tomato
  • ¼ whole Onion
  • ½ cups Cilantro
  • 1 whole Jalapeño, Halved And Seeded
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • ½  Lime, Juiced
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Sugar

Preparation

Place ingredients in food processor and pulse until you get to the desired consistency, about 20 times.

Note: I have a 12-cup food processor and this fits just perfectly, so you may need to adjust depending on what size you have.
