Description

This simple recipe can help you to cook something tasty for your family in 20 minutes if you haven’t much time.

I like the soft and sandy-like texture of these cookies. A great addition for your coffee or tea-time. When you bite into these cookies, you feel them melting in your mouth. It’s amazing. A little advice: if you want to keep the cookies soft, you have to put them in a container or cookie tray.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Butter
  • 90 grams White Sugar
  • ⅓ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 150 grams Flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt and brown butter, then cool.

Mix sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Add butter to the mix and whip. Add flour and stir carefully.
