Description

A healthy yet delicious refreshing drink for summertime! Originally from Cynthia Sassy.

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon Clean, Filtered Water
  • 2  Fresh Cucumbers, Peeled And Sliced
  • 2  Fresh Lemons, Washed And Sliced
  • 24  Fresh Mint Leaves, Rinsed
  • 1 piece Fresh Ginger Root, The Size Of Your Thumbnail, Minced

Preparation

1. Fill a large pitcher with the water.

2. Slice the cucumber and lemon and put them in the pitcher.

3. Add the rinsed mint leaves, then ginger,

4. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours, or, even better, overnight. That way all the flavors and nutrients soak into the water.

5. Enjoy!
