Sausage and Egg Casserole

Description

This family favorite is perfect for company! You can make it ahead of time and it’s delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sausage, Browned And Grease Drained
  • 6 slices Bread, Cubed And Crust Removed
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 4 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1-¾ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 1-quart baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake covered at 325ºF for about 45 minutes, removing cover with about 25 minutes left of baking.
