Ingredients
- FOR THE SAUSAGE BALLS:
- 1 pound Bulk Mild Sausage
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated
- 3 cups Biscuit Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Chives
- ¼ cups Parsley
- 3 Tablespoons Milk To Combine
- FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE:
- ¼ cups Ketchup
- ¼ cups Greek Yogurt
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl mix sausage, cheeses, biscuit mix, chives, parsley and just enough milk to combine everything. Mix with your hands until combined. Roll the dough into balls (1-2 inch size) and place them on an ungreased, rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.
For the dipping sauce: In a medium bowl combine ketchup, yogurt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
