Description
Sausage biscuit ball.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Uncooked Sausage, Mild Or Spicy
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Dry Bisquick
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 cup Warm Maple Syrup, For Dipping (optional)
Preparation
Make sure the sausage is at room temperature before mixing ingredients!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
In a large bowl, mix the sausage, cheese, and Biquick together. Use the water to help emulsify the ingredients, so it can then be rolled into 1-inch balls.
After you have rolled them into 1-inch balls, place them on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
You can use maple syrup for dipping or eat them without it. Both ways are delicious!
