Quick and easy sausage gravy. My go-to recipe when I don’t know what to fix. Delicious comfort food!
Ingredients
- ½ pounds Pork Sausage
- 6 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 3 cups Milk (2% Or Whole Is Best)
Preparation
Cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. (I usually don’t worry about draining because the sausage I use is so lean.) Stir in flour and seasonings until blended. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with biscuits, on toast, or however you like.
